BHK and LHK Initiate Urgent Discussion on the Return of Armenian Prisoners

The leader of the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction in the National Assembly, Edmon Marukyan, announced on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots, we inform you that the 'Prosperous Armenia' and 'Enlightened Armenia' factions of the National Assembly, using their powers stipulated by the Constitution, have jointly initiated an urgent discussion on the issue of:

• The return of Armenian prisoners of war and captured civilians from captivity.

The discussion will take place next Tuesday (on December 8) during the 3rd main session of the upcoming National Assembly, according to Article 123, Part 4 of the National Assembly rules of procedure. We propose to adopt a message from the National Assembly.”
