Azerbaijan Announces Readiness for Prisoner Exchange Based on 'All for All' Principle

Azerbaijan has expressed support for the 'all for all' principle in the matter of prisoner exchanges. This was announced by the State Commission for Prisoners of War and Missing Citizens, as reported by RIA Novosti.

According to the commission's press release, 'The Republic of Azerbaijan is committed to the principle of 'all for all' in the process of exchanging all prisoners and captives.'
