Armenia Condemns Terrorism: MFA Response to the Assassination of Iranian Physicist Fakhrizadeh

Armenia condemns all forms of terrorist actions in the region and around the world, stated the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Anna Naghdalyan, in response to a question from the Armenpress news agency regarding the country’s reaction to the assassination of Iranian nuclear physicist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.

“On November 27, Iranian nuclear physics specialist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was assassinated. Reactions to this incident have followed from Iran and several other countries. As a neighboring and friendly country to Iran, how does Armenia respond to the assassination of the Iranian high-ranking official?” Naghdalyan was asked.

She responded, “We express our deepest condolences on the assassination of the renowned Iranian scientist, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the head of the Defense Innovation and Research Organization of the Iranian Ministry of Defense. Armenia condemns all forms of terrorist actions in the region and around the world.”
