846 Armenians from Artsakh Returned to Nagorno-Karabakh in One Day

With the mediation of Russian military peacekeepers, 846 Armenians from Artsakh have returned to Nagorno-Karabakh in one day. This information was provided by the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov, as reported by RIA Novosti.

“In one day, 846 people have returned to Karabakh from the territory of Armenia with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers. More than 26,000 refugees have returned to their places of residence,” he stated.

In the context of the implementation of the trilateral statement signed on November 9 by the Prime Minister of Armenia, and the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, new borders are being established between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
