According to Levon, Levon must always be right, while everyone else is ignorant – the CPP spokesperson responds to the first president

The spokesperson for the 'Civil Contract' party, Vahagn Aleksanyan, made a post on his Facebook page responding to the statement made by the first president of Armenia.

'It is wrong to give such a shocking response to the text of Ter-Petrosyan's spokesperson. During election periods, Levon has never been known for his political correctness. However, besides the factor of the period he envisions, another crucial factor is keeping alive the 'institution' of Levon always being right. According to Levon, he must always be right, and for this, it is necessary that everyone else is ignorant, misunderstood, detrimental to the nation, and psychologically troubled.'

He added, 'It is regrettable that he could not be the 'right' person at the moment when that 'rightness' had some significance and impact. It is unfortunate that Levon, being the president of the state, could not act as the president of the state; while being the president, he could not fulfill the functions expected of a president, could not exercise the power bestowed upon him, and could not liberate himself and all of us from the complex of being right with his incomplete past. Regardless of everything, Levon Ter-Petrosyan will indeed remain one of the peaks of Armenian political thought, but peaks also have complexes, and complexes are destructive.'

It is worth mentioning that earlier, the spokesperson for the first president, Arman Musinyan, remarked concerning the Prime Minister's latest post that Ter-Petrosyan considers it useless to address the psychological torments of national devastation.
