In Case of Hearing an Explosion, Please Remain Calm: Artsakh Emergency Service
In the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, and in the vicinity of the village of Mkhtitarashen in the Askeran region, the Emergency Service's demining teams will carry out the detonation of mines and unexploded ordnance detected in the area. In case of hearing an explosion, please do not panic.
