Commander of Russian Airbase in Erebuni Personally Oversees Duty in Armenian Airspace: Wargonzo

The commander of the Russian airbase located in Erebuni is personally overseeing duty in Armenian airspace. The Wargonzo project visited the Russian airbase in Erebuni, which is led by experienced pilot Alexander Petrov.

Under his command, the “Strizhi” and “Vityazi” fighter jets are also operating. According to Semen Pegov, a military journalist and author of the Wargonzo project, Alexander Georgievich is not only a Russian officer but a true combat commander. He not only solves issues at headquarters but also regularly takes to the skies to conduct combat duty, including here in Armenia.
