Artsakh's Foreign Minister Meets with Armenia's Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan
On November 28, during a working visit to Yerevan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, Masis Mayilyan, met with the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Vagharshak Harutyunyan. The information and public relations department of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia reported that Masis Mayilyan congratulated Vagharshak Harutyunyan on assuming the position of Minister of Defense, emphasizing that the existing difficult situation entails even greater responsibility.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of the peacekeeping mission by the Russian Federation, highlighting the importance of the measures undertaken in cooperation with the Artsakh authorities aimed at resolving complex issues in the humanitarian sector and ensuring stability in the republic.
Both ministers underscored the importance of expediting the processes concerning the recovery of the bodies of Armenian servicemen who lost their lives as a result of the Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression unleashed against the Republic of Artsakh, revealing the fate of missing persons, as well as the release of prisoners of war and hostages.
