On December 1, Foreign Ministers of CSTO Member States to Participate in Video Conference

On December 1, a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states will take place in a video conference format under the chairmanship of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas will also participate in the video conference.

The agenda of the meeting includes discussions on developments and prospects in global and regional security, as well as key directions for the organization’s activities. The results of the Russian Federation's presidency in the organization will be summarized, which will then pass to the Republic of Tajikistan.

Special attention will be paid to cooperation between the CSTO and the United Nations, with an emphasis on peacekeeping issues.
