The head of the LHK faction in the National Assembly, Edmon Marukyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "No relocation of troops and the population from Berdzor should occur until the exchange of prisoners of war takes place. Do you hear that, defeated authorities? How is it that you are consistent about the timeline for surrendering Berdzor, yet you are not regarding the return of prisoners of war?"
