Authorities Treat Residents of Kashatagh Region Similarly as in Shahumyani: Arman Garibyan

Arman Garibyan, co-founder of the NGO "Force of Law," wrote on his Facebook page: "The authorities of Artsakh and Armenia are treating the residents of the Kashatagh region the same way they did in Shahumyani. Once again, they are not providing any clear official information, they are not assisting with the relocation of belongings, and they are not informing people that they should leave by a certain date. People are once again confused and desperate. They fear that they will be told at the last moment to leave, and they won't manage to take all of their property out. For this indifference and inaction, both Nikol and Arayik should never hold any public office again, even as a janitor."
