Prime Minister's Spokesperson Explains Why She Approached Hunger Strikers

Today, Mané Gevorgyan, the spokesperson for Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, approached Gagik Manukyan, Kim Balayan, and Garik Avetisyan, who declared a hunger strike demanding the Prime Minister's resignation.

In a conversation with journalists, she stated that she wanted to see how they were doing. "I came yesterday too, but Gagik was out for an interview," she noted.

Gevorgyan also mentioned that she spoke with the Prime Minister, who inquired about the situation. When asked why she had not approached them earlier, Gevorgyan explained, "Well, now I have come, the Prime Minister is working."

Manukyan, for his part, expressed that he holds no expectations about the Prime Minister reaching out to them, as he believes no conversation would change the circumstances. "At least I see that he is receiving the relatives of our missing soldiers," he stated.
