National Assembly Council Holds Extraordinary Meeting Led by Lena Nazaryan

The National Assembly Council of Armenia has convened an extraordinary meeting. This was reported on the official website of the parliament.

"The Council has decided to amend the decision No. 004-A of February 6, 2019, which states that in the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the member of the AAN 'My Step' faction Varazdat Karapetyan will be replaced by Alexey Sandikov from the same faction," the statement said.

The extraordinary meeting of the National Assembly Council was chaired by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Lena Nazaryan.

It is noteworthy that Varazdat Karapetyan, a member of the 'My Step' faction, has submitted a resignation from his parliamentary mandate.
