Dear compatriots,

I have held an extended working consultation in the regional center with the heads of communities and responsible officials of the administration of the Askeran region. This was reported by the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan.

In my speech, I emphasized that it is necessary to quickly complete the inventory of the free residential fund in the communities, carry out the necessary renovation work in a short time, equip it with household items, and provide it to the homeless citizens until the construction of main residences is completed. I have also tasked the head of the administration to ensure that there is a responsible person in the operational headquarters of the Artsakh government operating in Armenia, who will address the social issues of residents who have become homeless and have found temporary shelter in the territory of Armenia.
