VIDEO: Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations Sends Construction Materials to Stepanakert and Surrounding Areas

The Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies, and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation has sent humanitarian aid to Artsakh. A convoy of vehicles loaded with construction materials has headed towards Stepanakert and neighboring areas to carry out restoration work on homes and infrastructure damaged during the war. This information was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
