Convoys Transporting 345 Tons of Humanitarian Aid from Rostov Region to Stepanakert

The second convoy of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, carrying humanitarian aid, has set off from the Rostov region towards the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, Stepanakert. This information was reported by the press service of the ministry.

“The second convoy, organized in the Rostov region, is already traveling through Krasnodar region. During the course of today, it will cover a distance of 630 km. A total of 35 vehicles and a crew of about 40 people are involved,” the statement reads.

The first convoy from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations is expected to arrive in Stepanakert on November 21, around midday. At present, it is located 70 km away from Stepanakert.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations, together with representatives of the city administration, continues to assess the damage caused to buildings in Stepanakert, Martakert, Martuni, and Askeran.

The two convoys organized by the ministry are transporting 345 tons of humanitarian aid to Stepanakert. Construction materials are being delivered by special transport for the restoration of social infrastructure and the homes of affected residents.
