The Issue of Prisoner Exchange is Under the Attention of Artsakh Authorities and People: Arayik Harutyunyan

"Appreciating the efforts of the Red Cross in the process of retrieving the bodies of those killed in the conflict zone and searching for the missing after the cessation of hostilities, I emphasized that the issue of prisoner exchange is also under the attention of the Artsakh authorities and people. I urged for renewed efforts in this direction, expressing our unconditional readiness.
