Russia to Increase Personnel in Nagorno-Karabakh, Says Vladimir Solovyov

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation plans to increase its staff in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was announced to journalists today by Vladimir Solovyov, head of the International Relations Department of the Ministry, as reported by TASS.

“The number of personnel of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Nagorno-Karabakh will increase, and psychologists are also planned to be sent,” he said.
