With the support of the Interagency Humanitarian Response Center in Stepanakert, peaceful life is being restored. There are no disruptions in the supply of food products, and bread manufacturing enterprises have resumed operations at full capacity, reports the Russian Defense Ministry's website.

It is reported that bread is being supplied from Stepanakert to nearby communities. Additionally, work continues in the city on restoring electricity and gas supply to residential buildings and public facilities, public transport services are being restored, and shops are reopening.
