Stepanakert and Other Settlements to be Rapidly Reconstructed: Artsakh Emergency Services

Stepanakert and other settlements affected by the war will be restored in a short period of time. This was reported by the Artsakh Emergency Situations Ministry.

Practical and specific steps are being taken by the Republic of Artsakh and the Russian Federation in this direction. A working group was formed yesterday, consisting of 6 teams.

These teams are assessing damages in Stepanakert, regional centers, and rural communities, followed by active construction work. The working groups include representatives from the Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations rescue services, as well as representatives from the Artsakh Ministry of Urban Development and the Stepanakert Municipality regarding construction.
