Russian Peacekeepers Check Vehicles Passing Through the Lachin Corridor

Russian peacekeepers are checking all civilian vehicles passing through the checkpoints located in the Berdzor (Lachin) corridor to prevent the transport of weapons and explosives, according to reports from the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Thanks to the opening of the road, local residents can use personal transportation to carry food and other items.

The military police, for their part, are patrolling the road from the Lachin corridor to Stepanakert.
