Return to Artsakh for Residency Only by Local Government Indication, Says Information Headquarters

The Artsakh Information Headquarters reports: "To the citizens of the Artsakh Republic who have lost their homes due to the war and are currently located in the Republic of Armenia. The government of the Artsakh Republic announces that it is essential to stay in constant contact with the relevant territorial administration and local self-government bodies and to return to Artsakh for residency only upon the indication of these bodies.
