Moses Hakobyan Invited to NSS for Explanation

He has been summoned to provide an explanation regarding his statements made today. The website emphasizes that Hakobyan has not been forcibly detained by the NSS but has been invited to come in.

It is worth noting that a recording of Moses Hakobyan's press conference has been sent to the Special Investigative Service by the Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan, with instructions to prepare materials under Articles 180-181 of the Criminal Procedure Code (regarding the procedure for discussing reports of crimes, and the decisions made based on the discussion of reports of crimes), in order to verify the circumstances he presented during the press conference and provide a legal assessment.
