During the 44 days of war, lies did not bring any benefit to our country, but rather eroded it and led the country into a deeper crisis. This was stated today, November 19, by the former head of the Ministry of Defense's Military Oversight Service and former Chief of Staff, Movses Hakobyan, in a conversation with journalists.

“There is an information center in the armed forces, one of whose tasks is to mislead the opponent, that is, to spread false information. However, there is a criterion that the lies should not exceed 30 percent of reality. Our lies exceeded 100 percent. This is incomprehensible to anyone. Information should be provided in such a way that it corresponds to reality, with 30 percent disinformation to mislead the opponent from the essence. We have executed 100 percent lies. This is why our soldiers, participants in the mobilization, and contract soldiers did not understand why it turned out this way. Some believe we were winning, so why did we stop the war, while others think it should have been stopped, and so on,” he said.
