Arayik Harutyunyan Calls for Expanded Working Consultation

On November 19, Arayik Harutyunyan, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, convened an expanded working consultation addressing social support programs for the population and issues related to the restoration of infrastructure in the current situation.

Reports on the progress of the implementation of these initiatives were presented by State Minister Grigori Martirosyan, as well as heads of the ministries responsible for labor, social and housing issues, and economics and production infrastructure.

The President emphasized the urgency of completing infrastructure restoration efforts both in the capital and in the regions as soon as possible. According to the President, all efforts must be made to organize the return of residents in an orderly manner and to provide them with the necessary property.

Addressing the housing issues of citizens left homeless, Arayik Harutyunyan noted that in the first phase, it is crucial to resolve their accommodation challenges within the territory of Armenia by collaborating with the relevant state authorities.

Other issues related to the current situation were also discussed during the consultation.
