VIDEO: My Family is Already in Stepanakert, and I Call on Artsakh Residents to Return Home

Armenia's Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan announced on his Facebook page that his family has already returned to Stepanakert and urged all Artsakh residents who have the opportunity to return home.

In a video accompanying his post, he launched a new flash mob, encouraging those returning home to share their experiences through various videos and photos using the specified hashtags: #ComeToArtsakh #ComeHome.
