The Process of Exchanging the Bodies of the Fallen Has Started: Araik Harutyunyan

The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Today, in accordance with previously reached agreements, the process of exchanging the bodies of the fallen has started. The exchange is being carried out under the coordination of the Russian peacekeeping mission, with the participation of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the State Emergency Service of the Republic of Artsakh.

I express my gratitude to the Russian peacekeeping forces for the rapid formation and implementation of the mission, as well as for ensuring various aspects of security in this critical humanitarian process of exchanging the bodies of the fallen, and to the International Committee of the Red Cross and the State Emergency Service for their effective participation."
