Putin Signs Decree on Establishing Humanitarian Response Center for Nagorno-Karabakh
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to establish an inter-agency humanitarian response center for Nagorno-Karabakh, as reported by tass.ru, citing the Kremlin's press service.
The document states that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will be responsible for addressing organizational and other issues related to the establishment and functioning of the inter-agency center.
According to the Russian President, there must be constructive and complete cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, and UNESCO.
"I expect their support," Putin stated.
