Narek Sargsyan, Nephew of Serzh Sargsyan, Released on 25 Million Dram Bail

The Court of Appeals of Armenia, presided over by Judge Alexander Azaryan, decided on November 12 to release Narek Sargsyan, the nephew of third President Serzh Sargsyan, on a bail of 25 million dram.
In a conversation with NEWS.am, his attorney Karen Mejlumyan stated that the amount has already been transferred and Narek Sargsyan is now free.
The lawyer noted that Narek Sargsyan has health issues, but due to the pandemic, he will not be transferred to a medical center yet.
It is worth mentioning that the pre-trial investigation in this criminal case has been completed.
