Turkish Republic's Peacekeeping Units Will Not Be Sent to Nagorno-Karabakh: Lavrov

“Turkish Republic's peacekeeping units will not be sent to Nagorno-Karabakh. This is clearly stated in the declaration of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia regarding the complete cessation of military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during an interview with Russian and foreign media on topical issues of the international agenda.

According to Lavrov, the mobility of observers from Turkey will be limited to the Russian-Turkish center for monitoring the ceasefire located in Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijan.
