Russian Peacekeepers to Rotate at Least Twice a Year in Artsakh

Russian peacekeepers will rotate at least twice a year in Nagorno-Karabakh. This is stated in a decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, which clarifies several provisions for ensuring peace.

The decree instructs the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to replace the personnel of the peacekeeping contingent at least twice a year, as well as military equipment as necessary.

The decree also specifies the funding for peacekeeping activities to cover material expenses related to the welfare of the servicemen, including the provision of financial incentives, additional guarantees, and compensations, including for their family members, in accordance with Russian legislation.
