Russian Delegation to Visit Turkey to Discuss Establishment of Joint Observational Center in Artsakh

The Russian delegation is set to visit Turkey on November 13 to discuss the establishment of a joint observational center in Nagorno-Karabakh. This announcement was made by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu during a press conference held in Baku, as reported by TASS agency.
“We consider Russia’s position on the Nagorno-Karabakh issue to be important. On Friday, the Russian delegation will arrive in Turkey to discuss the details of creating a joint observational center in Karabakh,” the Foreign Minister stated.
