I Announce Numerous Facts Regarding Economic Crimes of Pashinyan and Avinyan: Former Advisor to Prime Minister
I have called for unity around the government every day throughout the war, serving as an example myself. This was stated by former Prime Minister's advisor Hakob Jagharyan on his Facebook page.
He specifically mentioned, “I did this following the idea of institutional statehood: the idea of not fighting the state on two fronts. I acted this way even though I had numerous ideological disagreements with the ruling regime. I behaved like this, even during the first days of the War, by not publicizing the fact of embezzling about $6 million from the state budget in the purchase of two Il-76 aircraft, which were four times more expensive than their market value. I informed the mad assistant to the Prime Minister and a deputy minister from the ruling party that I would remain silent until the end of the war to avoid division and suspicion, but those embezzlers do not have more time than that. And if this issue is not resolved by the end of the war, I will apply to the court immediately afterwards. The war ended, or rather, the madman who was imposed on us ended it in an unexpected and disastrous way. I am now free in my statements. And I announce the numerous facts I have regarding the economic crimes of Nikol Pashinyan, who has seized the position of Prime Minister, and Tigran Avinyan, who holds the position of Deputy Prime Minister.
These crimes include the embezzlement of most of the allocated funds intended for returning Armenian tourists from Egypt since 2019, as well as the unclear decision to purchase an Il-76 aircraft at an incomprehensibly high cost when Armenia already had three such aircraft. Of course, they have gathered a bit more sense by now. Now they will show that private individuals purchased it. However, in this case too, the state is the client of those private individuals. Renting an aircraft at a price higher than its market value from those private individuals is a two-step corrupt scheme. And this is just regarding economic plunder. There are also accusations of anti-state activities that must be viewed solely through the lens of treason against the homeland. But I will address this issue in more detail and a little later.
I want to emphasize that I do not defend anyone's interests except for my robbed and ongoingly robbed country. And I have no connection with any of those 17 parties that claim to be political or share any sentiments with them. I am convinced that all of them should be arrested right now on charges of attempting a coup during the war. Because they demanded the resignation of the Prime Minister even when the latter had not yet devastated our country. I speak solely and only on behalf of the humiliated, wounded, and dishonored citizen of my still-existing country. And I will do everything, I will risk my life, as I have done until now, to ensure that my grandchildren are not ashamed. That any scumbag who has embezzled even a cent from this country ends up in jail. And so, this is grand theft.”
