To obtain information regarding soldiers and other individuals who have been captured or whose whereabouts are unknown during combat operations, please call the numbers 8135 or 012288980. This information is provided by the Armenian Unified Information Center.

It is worth noting that a tripartite agreement was signed between Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan. Russian President Vladimir Putin had mentioned that an agreement has been reached concerning the deployment of Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh, which also includes an arrangement for the exchange of prisoners.
