Armenia and Azerbaijan have halted military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh. Their military personnel remain at their occupied positions.

Russia has already deployed 414 of the planned 1960 peacekeepers to Nagorno-Karabakh, which includes military police. Most of the soldiers have experience from fighting in Syria.
