We are confident that the active potential of the international community will lay the foundation for long-term peace, says Georgian Foreign Ministry

The Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia has issued a statement emphasizing, "Georgia hopes that the agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia regarding the ceasefire will contribute to a comprehensive process of conflict resolution." This information was reported by Aliq Media.

"Georgia supports dialogue between both parties. At the same time, we express our readiness to assist in the implementation of the peace process together with the international community. We are confident that the active potential of the international community and the entry into force of multilateral international mechanisms will yield results in laying the foundation for long-term peace, which will create new opportunities for the entire region," the statement reads.
