Video: A Citizen Threw a 'Dimi-Shashka' in Front of the National Assembly

In front of the National Assembly on Baghramyan Avenue, where citizens have been protesting against ceding Artsakh lands for several hours, an incident occurred. Suddenly, a section of the area was covered in smoke, likely from a smoke device. The gathered crowd momentarily panicked, believing that law enforcement was using special measures, but police later clarified that it was unrelated to them.

A police representative stated that a citizen had thrown a 'dimi-shashka' towards the police, who then arrested the individual on the spot. He added that the object was aimed directly at the officers.

In turn, representative of the ARF Supreme Body Ishkhan Saghatelyan stated, “This is a provocation by Nikol; he is inciting clashes in our country. Do not take revenge on the people. With this, they are attempting to provoke confrontations. I call on everyone not to fall for such provocations.”
