The spokesperson for the Prime Minister, Mane Gevorgyan, reported on her Facebook page: "A photo is circulating on the internet, allegedly showing a letter from the Prime Minister addressed to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. Such a 'letter', such a message has never existed, it is fake."
