Sergey Shoigu Holds Another Discussion on Artsakh with Turkish Counterpart

The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergey Shoigu, has had a phone conversation with the head of Turkey's defense department, Hulusi Akar, for the second time. This was reported by TASS. The parties discussed the resolution of the situation in Artsakh.

Just the day before, Shoigu had already spoken on the phone with his Turkish counterpart. They discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh as well as in Syria.
