Saying that Shushi fell because of Gagik Tsarukyan means mocking the army. Balasanyan

Hero of Artsakh, General Vitaly Balasanyan wrote on his Facebook page:

"Fellow countrymen, to say that Shushi fell because of Gagik Tsarukyan means to mock the army and to show that you understand nothing about the war. It is simply immoral to claim that a businessman from Yerevan should come with his squad and save Shushi. Shushi should have been protected by the army, not individuals and volunteers, whom it is falsely claimed caused Shushi to fall."
