Please Concentrate All Forces at Our Borders to Defend Our Homeland

Armenian hero of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“To the Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia, to all law enforcement officers, to the head of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, and to all security service personnel: Dear compatriots, my fellow fighters, I know many of you personally, and I never doubt your patriotism for a second. Over the past 2.5 years, I have used every possible means to raise awareness of the treacherous plan that Nikol Pashinyan was trying to implement; its culmination was the well-known recent developments.

For 2.5 years, due to his anti-Armenian and criminal political intentions, he derailed the negotiation process and, as an alternative, pushed Azerbaijan and Turkey toward a large-scale war, the beginning of which can rightfully be considered the events in Tavush. The conclusion of his treasonous plan was the notorious document signed on November 10, 2020, which is nothing but an acceptance of capitulation.

Dear comrades-in-arms, those who ensure the security of Artsakh and Armenia: I urge all of you not to succumb to the provocations of the defeated, anti-Armenian government and not to use force against your compatriots who express their desire to live freely and independently.

I call on you to immediately join our compatriots who are fighting against this disgraceful capitulation and against Nikol Pashinyan, who signed the agreement.

To the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia and to the entire personnel of the armed forces, I ask, urge, and demand that all forces and attention be concentrated at our borders, protecting our Homeland. We have no homeland to lose.

Yours sincerely, General Vitaly Balasanyan.”
