No One Has the Right to Undermine Our Soldiers' Safety on the Tense Frontline

Member of the National Assembly from the "Enlightened Armenia" faction Gevorg Gorgisyan provided the following clarification on his Facebook page:

“The "Enlightened Armenia" party demands the resignation of Nikol Pashinyan.

"Prosperous Armenia" party has proposed an extraordinary session where the agenda has nothing to do with the situation in Artsakh or making any changes to it.

The agenda proposed by "Prosperous Armenia" is related to initiating the process for the Prime Minister's resignation, without suggesting a new candidate for Prime Minister.

“Whoever comes will be better,” we have heard this before in 2018, and as a result, we suffered serious losses; we cannot afford to repeat the same mistake.

For several days and nights, "Enlightened Armenia" has been working tirelessly to find solutions to the current situation that will advance Armenia rather than take it backward.

Our priority today is the safety of our soldiers on the still tense frontline, and no one has the right to undermine that. I reaffirm that Nikol Pashinyan has no further role in advancing Armenia.”
