Ministry of Defense Denies Reports of Resignation Applications by Senior Officers

The spokesperson for the Minister of Defense, Shushan Stepanyan, has denied reports regarding a group of senior officers submitting resignation applications. Stepanyan made this statement in an interview with Armenpress.

“This information does not correspond to reality,” stated Stepanyan.

It should be noted that some media outlets had circulated information about a group of senior officers submitting resignation applications. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense also denied reports about Major General Grigori Khachaturov, commander of the third army corps of the Armed Forces of Armenia, submitting a resignation application.
