Issues of Territorial Concessions and Timelines Have Not Yet Been Discussed with Artsakh Authorities: Vahram Poghosyan

Dear residents of the Kashatagh and Shahumyan regions, please do not exhibit unnecessary haste and refrain from removing your personal belongings from your homes. This was stated by Vahram Poghosyan, the press secretary of the President of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.

"Issues regarding territorial concessions and the timelines announced in this context have not yet been discussed with the authorities of Artsakh. When these discussions take place and there are relevant clarifications, the Artsakh Government will issue a corresponding statement," he wrote.
