I Am Guilty That Being an Official Means Nothing in an Unrecognized Country, I Am Guilty: President of Artsakh National Assembly
WRed
I am guilty that I failed to instill peace and unity within my homeland in four months. This was stated by the President of the National Assembly of Artsakh, Arthur Tovmasyan, on his Facebook page.
"I am guilty that being an official means nothing in an unrecognized country, I am guilty that my only weapon is my boys who are still resisting reality from the front lines, I am guilty that I am powerless... I have only one piece of advice for my grandchildren: to become Solomon Teyhleryan in this life," he wrote.
