Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a post on his Facebook page stating, “We also planned to engage this detachment in the defense of Shushi. Gagik Tsarukyan and other BHK members should explain why the promised detachment has not reached Artsakh.”

Additionally, the Prime Minister released a video along with his statement.
