Discussion on Future Actions of Emergency Service Personnel in Hadrut, Shushi, Shahuymyann, and Kashatagh Regions
The Director of the State Emergency Service of the Republic of Artsakh, Major General Karen Sargsyan, recently held a working meeting with the participation of service officials and unit leaders. The State Emergency Service of Artsakh reported on this.
The head of the service summarized the work carried out during the wartime and provided directives regarding the upcoming tasks. Karen Sargsyan expressed gratitude to the entire staff for their immense and vital work throughout the war, emphasizing that we have succeeded together in these difficult times, thanks to our collective solidarity.
During the war, the service suffered 4 human losses, whose names will always remain alive in our memories: “The immortal heroes of our service demonstrated exceptional courage, a willingness to save lives at any cost, and their heroic acts illustrate the best example of a true rescuer,” highlighted K. Sargsyan, while also wishing health to the injured rescuers.
The entire staff stood united and, through their work, once again earned the trust of our people. The service's leader particularly emphasized the presence of women, who were responding and providing assistance to our compatriots on a 24-hour basis at the crisis management center, as well as in regional departments.
A group of service members who distinguished themselves in their responsibilities during the military operations will be presented for awards.
During the meeting, the future actions of the emergency service personnel in Hadrut, Shushi, Shahuymyann, and Kashatagh regions were also discussed. Karen Sargsyan stated that no one will be left without work.
At the end of the meeting, Major General Karen Sargsyan wished the staff good service, stating that we will continue our mission in an enhanced mode as long as there are difficult times in the country.
