Criminal Case Initiated for Violating Legal Procedures in Organizing Gatherings

A criminal case has been initiated at the Special Investigative Service of Armenia due to the organization and holding of gatherings in violation of legally established procedures by high-ranking officials and other individuals. According to the Special Investigative Service, the investigation is currently underway.

Notice: The suspect in the alleged offense is considered innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the procedures established by the Criminal Procedure Code of Armenia, by a court’s legally enforceable verdict.
