I Wish I Hadn't Woken Up Yesterday: Arzrun Hovhannisyan

Arzrun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, wrote on his Facebook page: "I wish I hadn't woken up yesterday." It is worth noting that Hovhannisyan had health issues yesterday. The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Shushan Stepanyan, refuted rumors regarding Hovhannisyan suffering a stroke, stating that he had experienced fluctuations in blood pressure.

Last night, a joint statement was signed between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and the presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia, establishing a ceasefire. The document stipulates that the warring parties will halt their operations at their occupied positions. In addition to the territories already captured by Azerbaijan, the Armenian side is obliged to return Lachin and Kelbajar to Azerbaijan while maintaining a 5-kilometer corridor connecting Armenia, where Russian peacekeepers will be deployed.
