Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Discusses New Phase in Karabakh with Lavrov

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov discussed the situation in Karabakh with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov during a telephone conversation, stating that the trilateral declaration regarding the region marks a new phase in the resolution of the conflict.

“Bayramov emphasized the importance of the trilateral declaration signed on November 10, 2020, at the initiative of the Russian Federation, and noted that this document initiates a new phase in the resolution of the conflict,” the press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry reported.
